Our training technique combines the best of theory
and practical methods for maximum effectiveness. Trainees will be
introduced to Industry standards on Process on Best Practices enabled
by tools and will be able to experience the features and functionality
of the tools during the training program. This we do by simulating a
live-like work environment where user interaction is required and by
interfacing with the tools the trainee is able to assimilate much
better than mere listening to theory. In case, resources at your end do
not facilitate this kind of training, we will demonstrate the features
and functionalities as we go by the process/best practices with the
various tools that will help the SDLC.
Corporate training programs for performance
improvement will be conducted only in the concerned company’s premises
and will be restricted to those tools that the company has licenses to
use.
An assessment test will be given after every
training session to the participants; this will reflect their
understanding of the processes, practices and tools to be adopted while
they work in real life. A copy of the result obtained by the
participant in the assessment test will also be sent to the HR
department for records.
As mentioned earlier the training will be done
with the help of Power Point Presentations, Discussing Case Studies and
simulating real life work environment for better understanding of the
toolset. The trainers will also address specific developer problems
