Our CAD/CAM/CAE Services Portfolio
CAD Services:

1.Drawing Conversion : Coversion of Paper Drawings to AutoCAD Rel.13/Rel.14 'dwg' format by scanning and/or digitizing.

2.Detailing : Detailing (Dimensioning,Tolerances,Surface Texture Symbols,Annotations,Bill of Materials) of Mechanical Engineering Designs according to ISO/ANSI/DIN or user specified standard using AutoCAD Rel.13/Rel14

3. Solid Modelling : Generation of true 3D models from 2D drawing views supplied on paper drawings of AUTOCAD 'dwg' file, using Autodesk Mechanical Desktop,I-DEAS Master Series or Pro?engineering.Solid Models will be given in DWG/I-DEAS model file/Pro/E file / ACIS(SAT) / IGES5.3 / VDA-FS / STEP / STL File formats.

4. Data Translation : Conversion of CAD data from one CAD package /file format to CAD package /file format specified by the user. Typical data formats include CATIA model file /UniGraphics .prt file /DWG /DXF /ACIS /IGES /STEP /VDA-FS /STL

CAM Services :

1. NC Programming : Developing 3D surface /Solid Models from 2D drawing views and generating postproccesed NC programs to be directly transferred to CNC controller.NC programs for components involving 2,2-1/2 and 3-axis simultaneous milling and turning are undertaken.

2.Reverse Engineering : Digitizing of physical model using state-of-the-art CMM.Conversion of digitized data to a surface model and generation of NC Programs.

3.NC Machining : Machining of components for which NC programs have been generated, using CNC machines of MAKINO / MACHINO make.

CAE Services :

1.Finite Element Modeling : Generation of high-quality mesh using Altair's HyperMesh software.Customer can provide geometry input in ACIS, DXF,IGES,STEP,VDA-FS,CATIA model file or UniGraphics .prt file. Input files, ready for solving, will be provided for ABAQUS, ANSYS, CSA/NASTRAN, MSC/NASTRAN, I-DEAS,MARC, LS-DYNA3D.

2.Finite Element Analysis : Linear Static and Eigen Value Analysis will be carried out using CSA/NASTRAN for customer-specified loading and boundary conditions.Outputs will include displacements, stress contours, etc.
